Heather Wood, CPHR, is an associate at Bhavana Learning Group. She works with emerging leaders, managers, and HR Professionals, bringing more than 20 years of experience in human resource methods and management.

Heather delivers assessment products and services for Bhavana Learning Group. She also serves as an ontological coach, working with managers, emerging leaders, and HR and learning professionals to increase performance and develop capacity for learning and talent development.

Heather’s studies and practices in Buddhist Psychology deepen our firm’s commitment to contemplative learning. She serves as a Practice Guide for our weekly Practice Field, where she facilitates meditation practice for our client community.

Heather is a graduate of York University, Toronto, with a Bachelor of Administrative Studies. She has completed coaching training with Newfield Network professional training school as a certified ontological coach and is a member of ICF (International Coaching Federation).
