Complete the current year • Create an Intention for New Year
Join us on Dec 31 to appreciate 2024 together:
I thoroughly enjoyed the Intention Gathering session — I found the exercises provocative and thought-provoking. I spent some additional time answering the questions and came up with a PowerPoint illustrating the images and feeling tones that the images evoked. I especially enjoyed the final inquiry question, “What will I give up?”.
What a lovely way to enter the new year — giving some reflection on the past 12 months and the aspirations for the coming months. Thank you all for curating this beautiful space.
Thank you so much for the opportunity to join the Bhavana Community on New Years Day. The question, “what will I give up?” really resonated with me.
Thank you very much for including me in the 2024 intention gathering. I am still working on my intention; but I am off to a great start. I am clear that I want to create a clearing for new possibilities — that I always want to have space in my life to learn and share new things. The challenge is what I must give up to accomplish this, and actually garnering the courage to do it. I am grateful for this community which inspires me to be more intentional about being true to myself.
Many thanks to Tony, Brendalyn and Neil for the invitation to this year’s Intention Gathering. 2024 brings an opportunity for me to practice patience. I will (and have) acknowledge I cannot have expectations of others beyond their control. I need to allow others to move at their pace, not mine.
It was a joy to be with everyone and learn about your 2023 experiences and your 2024 intentions. The generous listening and sharing contributed to accessing the community’s wisdom. I look forward to being with everyone next year.
My intention for 2024 is to practice open, spacious listening. Like a willow tree, I am to stay rooted and grounded while welcoming flexibility and as the environment and my relationships move me.
