Alan Sieler and Karen White of the Ontological Coach Institute are considering delivering a US-Based training program in Ontological Coaching and Leadership. The proposed program will begin in November 2024 and has space for a maximum of 24 participants.

Please complete this survey to gauge your interest in a Coach Training program held in the US.


  • 1- Have you participated in the 3-day “Foundations Workshop” conducted by the Ontological Coaching Institute with Alan Sieler and Karen White?

  • 2- Would you be interested in attending a US-Based, combination of in-person and online coach training program led by Ontological Coaching Institute (Alan Sieler and Karen White)?

  • 3- If you are interested in the coach training program, please check which of the two levels might interest you.

  • Tier 1: Coaching Training (6-month program)

    • Participants will be trained in coaching and explore an introduction to ontological learning.
    • Participants can join ICF and apply for ACC accreditation -- once they secure the required mentoring.
    • Participants will also receive a Certificate for Completion of Tier 1 from the Ontological Coaching Institute.
  • Tier 2: Becoming an Ontological Coach (18-month program)

    • In addition to achieving Tier 1 benefits, participants will be trained as ontological coaches.
    • Participants can apply for ACC and PCC accreditation with ICF.
    • Participants will also receive a Certificate in Ontological Coaching from the Ontological Coaching Institute.
