Waking Up: To Withstand the Flood, part 2
In my previous blog, I introduced the “flood” — the overwhelming distractions, disconnection, and dissatisfaction of our time. Shaped by mechanistic and digital worldviews, this “flood” – creating a crisis of meaning – conditions us to prioritize consumption, transactions, and speed over depth, connection, and purpose.
Addressing this crisis of meaning requires more than surface solutions; it demands cultivating inner wisdom. In response to this Flood, I suggest four domains: “Waking Up,” “Growing Up,” “Cleaning Up,” and “Showing Up.”
