Deep Listening Certificate Program

Listening is an underdeveloped asset in our leadership, culture, and organizational life. Deep Listening expands our capacity to remain open, receive concerns, perceive experiences newly, and connect deeply to others.

This program offers an Embodied Learning to cultivate DEEP LISTENING. The kind of listening taps into and cultivates dignity and justice.

You owe this to yourself. You owe this to the world.

PMP: Personal Mastery & Presence

More than any other word “overwhelmed” captures the state in which most of us find ourselves.

What we care about, our deepest concerns often do not make it into our day or life. PMP Supports the shift from our Reactive Self to our Creative Self.

Personal Mastery & Presence (PMP) curriculum clarifies and expands our self-perception. We evolve from our reactive self to our creative self. PMP explores two tensions in our lives: Personal Mastery where we find reliability and productivity with Presence, which offers balance and aliveness.

Where can you go to explore new paradigms, sort out your team’s ideas, break open personal discoveries, and explore differences, or facilitate dialogue?

We create FORUMS for that. Our Forums involve designed conversations, sustained inquiries, and learning dialogues to seed commitment.

Awaken • Integrate • Embody

We hold a view of development as interdependent, being intentional with openness and wholeness.

AWAKEN. An inquiry into the nature of being beyond the conceptual to experience our whole being as body, mind, and language.

INTEGRATE. Invite a transition that expands and includes all parts of ourselves and our emerging mindset beyond its past frames of reference.

EMBODY. Engage in a life of contemplative practice to embody and sustain new levels of awareness and action.

“Our philosophy is grounded in only half a language … the power of discourse is deployed but the strength of listening is ignored. We have a culture that knows how to speak but not how to listen; so we mistake warring monologues for genuine dialogue.”

—Gemma Corradi Fiumara, The Other Side of Language
